  • Breed restrictions apply
  • 2 pets maximum per apartment
  • Dogs:1st floor -no weight limit may have up to 2 dogs. 2nd through 4th floor 1 dog, 80 lbs. weight limit, 2 dogs maximum weight limit per dog to be no greater than 40 lbs.
  • Residents may have 2 dogs, 1 cat and 1 dog or 2 cats but no more than 2 pets per apartment.
  • All pets are to be neutered/spayed.
  • Additional monthly pet fee of $25.00 per cat. $40.00/dog per month ($80.00 for 2 dogs).
  • Security deposit with a pet is 1/2 months rent.
