Residents are responsible for their cable/internet, and other utilities. Please contact the leasing office for specific utility fees. We believe in not charging amenity fees at our communities. All the benefits of the community, including on site management, are included in your rent.
At this time we do not require renter’s insurance, however, we STRONGLY recommend that every renter protects their home with renter’s insurance. Please contact your leasing office for general information.
Yes, all Gallina communities are smoke-free environments.

We typically offer 12-month leases. Depending on the season and availability, flexible lease terms may be offered. Ask your leasing office for current options.
Every resident 18 years and older residing in the residence must complete a rental application and complete identity verification and screening requirements. Please contact the leasing office for a copy of our resident qualification standards.
Our community welcomes cats and dogs! Cats are $25/month and dogs are $40/month. Restrictions apply- contact the leasing office for specific details!
Rent and fees are due on, or before, the 1st of each month.
Rent can be paid online via the resident portal, the LOFT Living App, check, or other community-specific methods. Late fees apply per your lease.
Our residents utilize the LOFT Living App, which offers quick access to lease documents, rent payments, maintenance requests, rewards and more.
Renewal offers are sent prior to lease expiration. Rent increases are based on current market conditions and are communicated in advance.
Subleases or roommate changes must be approved by management and follow the community's policies.
The application fee is $100 per household. This holds your apartment home while we process your application. Once approved, this fee is applied towards your security deposit. Cancelled applications may be subject to a $25 fee.
Residents can submit requests, online through the resident portal on your community website, at GallinaCompanies.com, or if available, at your community office. For emergencies, please call 608-283-7891.
Storage is included with most of our apartments.
Leases must be renegotiated in writing 90 days prior to the lease expiration date if a renewal is offered by the Landlord.
Our security deposit is $250.00 without pets and 1/2 month with pets
LeSilve offiers a Community Room, Indoor hot tub, fitness center, theater room, outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, an on-site leasing office and much more.
One underground parking stall is included with each apartment home. Additional stalls may be rented for $85/month and is based on availability.
